Designed to fully leverage your existing RF assets, the Mindshare product suite provides enhanced interoperability, network design flexibility and scalability. The Mindshare system’s quick deployment, cost effectiveness and ease of maintenance meets the demands of highly centralized as well as distributed dispatch networks. The Mindshare system takes full advantage of today’s VoIP and telephony technologies to ensure virtually seamless communications via Ethernet with legacy radio systems, trunked systems such as NTS Passport and Motorola’s SmartNet, and even telephone systems. This insures universally seamless radio communication regardless of the status of your legacy equipment, relative network design sophistication and size.

The Mindshare system is built from console-interface to radio-interface to maximize your ability to effectively manage critical dispatch functions and to maintain seamless communication. The dispatch console design and execution software operates in both Windows and Linux environments. Our user interface design-software provides highly customizable screen layouts and added functionality. Mindshare’s, USB based, enhanced multi-channel audio system (with best of class headsets and microphones) provides an end-to-end digital connection to ensure crisp, uncorrupted voice communication across your radio network. MindShare 100116LT Interface Card

The 100116LT is the multi-unit card cage version of the Mindshare Radio Interface Card. Up to 16 of the Mindshare 100116LT cards may be installed into the Mindshare card cage, providing a high density, easily maintainable solution for those systems requiring multiple Mindshare radio interfaces at a single location. The 3 rack unit, 19” Mindshare card cage provides common power, Ethernet connectivity, and GPS time information to each Mindshare 1100116LT card installed. Cards are hot-swappable, and can be removed or inserted while power is applied to the card cage without disturbing the operation of other cards.

The Mindshare Radio Interface is a network audio interface that enables connection of radios or other analog audio sources to the Mindshare console and radio control system. It is specifically engineered for the radio control application, and is designed with features and flexible I/O for audio and control signals that allow virtually any radio system to be interfaced into the Mindshare RoIP (Radio over IP) environment. Unlike PC based radio gateways and generic IT hardware adapted for use with radio, the Mindshare radio interface is a rugged device designed to operate in the same environmental and RF conditions as the radio equipment connected to it. MindShare 100101LT Interface Unit

The 100101LT is the single unit version of the Mindshare Radio Interface Card. The Mindshare 100101LT is housed in a compact metal enclosure that is designed to be installed with the radio or other device to be interfaced. It is the ideal, cost effective solution for low density or completely distributed system installations.

Audio and Accessory Interface

The Mindshare 100500MAX Audio and Accessory Interface is a complete audio system for the dispatch workstation which also provides interfaces to accessories such as headset jacks, footswitches, speakers, desk microphones, a NENA telephone interface and more. Rather than relying on the limited capabilities (and often poor quality) of an ordinary computer “soundcard”, the Mindshare 100500MAX is designed specifically to satisfy the requirements of a dispatch console position, including support for up to eight 100508MAX speakers. The 100500MAX interfaces to the dispatch workstation computer via a standard USB connection, and is housed in a sturdy metal enclosure which is designed to be conveniently installed at the position. download PDF

MindShare 100500MJ Operator Headset Jack

The Mindshare 100500MJ Operator Headset Jack is an optional accessory for the 100500MAX Audio and Accessory Interface that allows the use of standard dual-prong operator headsets. The 100500MJ is housed in a sturdy, compact metal enclosure with volume control that is designed to be conveniently installed at dispatch workstations. MindShare 100508 MAX Speaker Module

The Mindshare 100508MAX Speaker Module is an optional accessory for the 100500MAX Audio and Accessory Interface, and is designed specifically for the requirements of communications dispatch consoles. In most applications, two of the 100508MAX Speaker Modules would be installed at each console position and used for Selected and Unselected audio channels. However, up to eight Speaker Modules are supported by each Mindshare Audio and Accessory Interface, providing for great flexibility in creating monitor groups in separate speakers. Each Mindshare 100508MAX Speaker Module is housed in a compact metal enclosure with volume control, and produces 9 watts of audio power for clear, easy to understand communications. download PDF
